Product Guarantees

Most products will come with a manufacturer's guarantee (usually either 6 or 12 months depending on the item), therefore please ensure you retain your proof of purchase.

IMPORTANT: The guarantee starts from the date of purchase and not the first day of use. If you do not plan to use your items(s) for several weeks or months, please still check suitability on arrival.

Individual product guarantees assume the item has been used for its purpose, and no damage has been caused through misuse. Any goods with confirmed manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded (excluding post & packaging).

If a manufacturing fault develops within the guarantee period, we will either:

• Arrange to send replacement part(s) to the customer free of charge
  
  or
  
  
• the goods will need to be returned to the manufacturer (at the customer's expense) in order to confirm the product has a manufacturing fault. If a manufacturing fault is found, it will be repaired or replaced without charge in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and policies.

If a fault is found to be caused by misuse, accidental damage, or negligence, or it occurs outside the warranty period, it will not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. There will be a chargeable repair along with carriage costs incurred. (Note: Zips are not covered by warranty.)

Please ensure that you keep all packaging from your purchase for the full guarantee period. If your goods need to be returned for any reason, please read and follow the guidelines as outlined here in our Returns Policy.
