Delivery is free of charge for all orders over £50.00 (except Scotland see below).  Unfortunately, orders to Ireland may not be possible due to courier restrictions. Please note, all orders under £49.99 incur a delivery charge of £7.95.  Order status can be tracked within your Customer Account Area.

In al cases, an email will be sent confirming despatch of your order. Once you receive notification that your order has been despatched if Royal Mail or a Courier attempts delivery and leaves a calling card you will have 7 days to rearrange delivery. If delivery is not rearranged within 7 days and the goods are returned to us there will be a £10 charge to have the parcel resent. Please note, the postage charge is for England & Wales only.

Scotland, Highlands

Scotland & the Highlands etc. will incur an extra delivery charage and you will be contacted within 3 days of placing your order to be notified of the delivery charge.  Postcodes which may have an excess delivery charge are as follows:

AB31- 38, AB40 -56, IV, KA27 - 28, KW1- 14, KW15 - 17, PA20 - 38, 41-49, PH4 - 44, PH49 - 50, BT, HS, ZE, IM, CHANNEL ISLANDS, ISLE OF WIGHT AND REP IRELAND, also some parts of SCOTLAND.

Sorry, we are unable to ship internationally. 

Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch within 3-5 working days following receipt of your order, providing your items are in stock. Some larger items such as furniture may take up to 14 days for delivery, however, our aim will be to keep you updated about your order and will advise you via email or telephone if delivery is likely to fall outside of this timeframe. 

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
